Meet Cédric Fiora

The hotel business is above all a family affair. Cédric first took over his father Pierre-Yves' hotel, Hôtel Crystal, in Lausanne.

Unfortunately, this adventure came to an unwilling end when the lease was not renewed.

But when one story ends, another begins. Cédric is now continuing the family tradition by taking over L'Appart'Hôtel 46a in Lausanne. Run by the second generation of hoteliers and managed independently, the establishment offers 27 generously sized rooms ranging from 23 to 70 m².

All are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Some have a lounge area perfect for relaxing, with breathtaking views of Lake Geneva, while several rooms have a terrace.

For an even more independent stay, some apartments also have their own kitchen, offering the comfort and freedom to feel at home. Finally, the hotel provides its guests with free, high-quality Wi-Fi.
